WIW...

A few weeks back I went out for martini's with some friends and pulled out this staple in my wardrobe this fall, a striped dress.  I have worn it countless times and for this night out I jazzed it up with some major sparkle!  Classic pieces like stripes, tights and diamonds are always a no fail way of dressing!

Simple Friday nights out with the best friend are some of the greatest memories I have.  This past Friday was one just like that.  Oddly enough we both wore black and white monochromatic outfits great minds think alike! lol  I recently had bought this great geometric top and couldn't wait to wear it out.  The side braid was an after thought of a day of bad hair, wasn't my fav however I hoped by wearing this fantastic statement necklace no one would notice! :)

I talked about the blogger event I attended {here} and all the ladies looked fantastic!  Since the event was on a lovely Sunday afternoon, I broke out a brand new sundress topped with lots of gold jewels I thought was the way to go!  Also a pop of mint to keep it FRESH and oh so summery.

And now, what I wore to the wedding reception!!  I love this paisley print dress, I love that the colours are fresh and so perfect for this time of year.  My new score are the heels I am wearing; like yesterday's {post} the heels were a sale item too!  I partied the night away in this outfit and felt great about it!

Don't you just love when you are able to get great items on sale?!  Well, that is exactly what this outfit was to me!  The dress was originally $90 and I got it for $20, and the clutch was originally $90 and got it for $45. Mixing high and low items is always a perfect mix!

ps... the sun is out, so my yellow dress posted {here} must have worked!
